Cratloemoyle Castle sits just north of the N18 on the approach into Limerick. It is probably the best known of four castles in the Cratloe area (the others being Cratloekeel, Cratloemore and Ballintlea). I pass this castle twice a day and it's been on my list of places to photograph for a while. The heavy fog and morning frost were a welcome sight and helped create a unique view of this castle.
