I think I love the orange coat! good work mate! (any political undertones?? ;) Glenn @ 28 May 2007
Thanks Glenn! Ha ha! :) It's not a political statement, just trying to make the coat
contrast with the water a bit more to make her stand out... perhaps a tricolour would have been more effective.. Kevoto @ 28 May 2007
I've never actually crossed that in my life, which is a bit depressing. Someday
though! The orange jacket really does stand out. Gavin @ 29 May 2007
Great shot - you must disclose how you made the colors pop like that! Betsy

Thanks for visiting Gavin. The island that the bridge crosses over to isn't very
exciting but it's probably worth a visit nonetheless! (It's a good way to kill time until the sun is setting over the causeway!)
Thanks Betsy! I
used a levels adjustment layer in photoshop and dragged the slider in from the right until it met the end of the histogram. I then added a bit of
contrast using a curves adjustment layer. Let me know if this makes sense, if not I can email you a few screenshots... Kevoto @ 1 June 2007
kevin, could I have permission to use this shot for an inspirational poster to put up in my high school classroom "Learning helps to cross chasms" ??
How much would it cost me? i would like to just copy and paste it, type in the text, and put that up, but I would be glad to also order a big poster from you, if you would like to set it up. Brian Wingard @ 8 May 2010
I too am interested in using this photo for a PowerPoint presentation. I would give you credit on the slide. Please let me know if you give permisison to use this graphic. Thank you. Glenna Black @ 16 September 2010
